The Site Stewardship Program works to restore habitat for threatened and endangered species on special restoration sites in Pacifica and the Marin Headlands. Learn about local ecology and natural history while improving habitat for the Mission blue butterfly, the San Francisco garter snake, the San Bruno elfin, and the California red-legged frog. Volunteer projects involve a combination of hands-on work and short natural history lessons. These critters need support, so come out and join us!
