%newline%Award-winning, local nonprofit I Am B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L. would like to invite you to the 2009 Pink & Black Ball at the Duluth Festival Center, November 7 at 6 p.m. The Gwinnett-based organization, founded by Tina Woodard and Zenobia Edwards, helps girls develop into successful women through leadership programs and community service projects. An evening of dinner, dancing and silent auction bidding will support the G.I.R.L.S. Leadership Development Program, which fulfills the organization’s mission of improving self-esteem, providing opportunities for growth and removing barriers to girls’ personal and professional success.
